Ask for OT Campaign - SAOT Membership Survey

SAOT has a commitment to improving the public’s access to financial support (especially through insurance plans) for occupational therapy assessment and treatment in Alberta. A task force was set up in 2020 to seriously attend to this matter. We are now asking for your input.

The purpose of this voluntary survey is to determine if the information about the Ask for OT campaign reached you and, to obtain your input for the next phase.

Your input is very valuable to us and the survey will take about 5 minutes to complete. Please submit your input by March 25, 2022.

Please know that your survey responses will remain anonymous unless you decide to offer your contact information. This survey is hosted by a server in Canada and all data remains in Canada.
