Can you escape while the Blue Moon is still shining? Working in assigned teams of five, complete the puzzles and problem-solving activities!
About the Game:
This escape room transports you to the date of a rare astronomical phenomenon: when the blue moon occurs on October 31. You are invited to the manor of a Halloween-obsessed oddball, who promptly locks you in. You’ll be racing to escape from this spooky trap to the safety of the observation tower. Logical thinking, supportive teammates and observation skills will be crucial in solving this escape room.
About Mobile Escapes:
Mobile Escapes was founded in 2016 by Nicolas Marcil and Eric Marcotte. Both are qualified teachers in Ontario. They became full-time creators of mobile escape rooms in 2018. Mobile Escapes hosts escape rooms throughout Ontario and Quebec. Eric and Nicolas recently completed their biggest project yet as content creators for the television show “Échappe-toi Si Tu Peux” (“Escape If You Can”), which airs on Unis TV.
Eric has taught mathematics, computer science, and physical education at Macdonald-Cartier Academy in Ottawa. He is also a professional magician who has been performing for over 15 years. Nicolas is a qualified elementary school teacher who worked as an educator for nine years. He now teaches all age groups through educational workshops and escape rooms. Eric and Nicolas are also co-directors at the Ontario Educational Leadership Centre, a leadership camp for intermediate and high school students. Their combined experience in teaching, magic, leadership, and animation inspired the creation of Mobile Escapes.
