Interpreting Psychoeducational Reports

This one-hour Lunch n’ Learn presentation focuses on getting the most out of the information gathered in a psychoeducational assessment. We will briefly review the main components of psychoeducational assessment report and breakdown the page count by discussing strategies to capture the most pertinent information.

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognize the main components of a psychoeducational assessment report.
  • Understand how the data gathered is presented and interpreted.
  • Learn practical strategies to apply the information to your Occupational Therapy practice.

Christy Hunt, MSc., is the owner of Hunt Psychological Services, Inc. and a Registered Psychologist in Alberta. Christy is skilled in Counselling Psychology, Educational, Behavioral and Mental Health Assessments, and Inclusive Education Consultation including as a Program Planning, Behavior Management and Positive Behavior Supports.

Alana Pinkoski-Benoit, MC, is a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Alberta and works with HPS Inc. under the supervision of Christy. Alana is working to obtain her provisional hours in educational/school psychology and clinical/counseling psychology.
