Using Coaching to Empower & Inspire a Rehab Team

Presenter: Alex Watts

Alex is an experienced leader and PCC accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation. He is currently the Team Lead at Bissell Centre’s Supportive Housing Program, managing a team of 24 support workers. Previously, he led an employment program in London with Resurgo Trust, working with young people empowering groups to find sustainable employment. In this role he consulted with various clients including the UK Department for Work and Pensions, HSBC Life and St. Mellitus College. He brings an engaging and energetic approach and is passionate about being part of conversations that enable people to recognize and remember their authentic selves.
