It is my belief that although being human means we will experience pain and struggles we all have the capacity to learn better ways to cope in order to feel better. I believe that you are the expert of yourself but that at times we all need a little guidance to get “unstuck” and move forward. Learning new skills can allow you to move towards the life you want, a life worth living.
