I am a registered Occupational Therapist working in mental health. I believe everyone has the capacity to build a life worth living and I am motivated to work alongside you to get you to this place. I deliver therapy in a virtual setting, a clinic setting, and in the community if this fits your needs!
When one is impacted by a mental or physical injury, routine and engagement in daily activities is often impaired. Therapy will focus on what you need to do and what you wish to do. Whether you are having difficulties getting out of bed, you have become socially anxious in public settings, you can't sleep, you are in pain. I'm here to help!
I am skilled in in-vivo exposure therapy to address social anxiety, DBT-informed therapy, CBT techniques to promote behaviour changes to address negative thinking or challenging emotions, treatment for insomnia or difficulties sleeping, and chronic pain management.
