A leadership workshop series for Occupational Therapy Professionals to navigate conflict, change, and complexity with confidence and clarity.

Occupational therapy leaders today face unprecedented complexity — shifting healthcare landscapes, evolving client needs, resource constraints, and constant demands to adapt. In times like these, technical skills alone aren’t enough. Courage, clarity, and strategic leadership are essential to navigating conflict, making sound decisions, and guiding others through change.

This two-part, highly interactive workshop series equips Occupational Therapy Professionals with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and real-world strategies to meet these challenges head-on.
