In times like these, technical skills alone aren’t enough. Courage, clarity, and strategic leadership are essential to navigating conflict, making sound decisions, and guiding others through change.
This two-part, highly interactive workshop series equips Occupational Therapy Professionals with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and real-world strategies to meet these challenges head-on. Through engaging discussion, reflection, and application to real-world scenarios, participants will leave with the confidence to lead themselves and others with greater presence, resilience, and influence.

Shiyen extends her impact as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Toronto and Board Chair for a not-for-profit organization. Born in Mumbai, and now based in Mississauga, she finds joy as a devoted mother of three, blending family life with her mission to transform the future of leadership.
